Rental Information
- A $200 security deposit is required to confirm
your reservation. The balance is due two weeks before arrival
date. This deposit will be refunded upon return of the key
provided the unit is left in good condition.
- The key and unit information will be mailed
to you upon receipt of the balance of the rental, approximately
two weeks prior to your arrival.
- Unit 67 can accommodate a maximum of eight people
overnight. Pets and RV vehicles are not allowed. The Homeowners
Association will charge a $250 fine for violators of these
rules.
- For cancellations made more than 14 days prior
to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be applied to a future rental.
For cancellations less than 14 days prior to scheduled
arrival, the entire deposit will be forfeited. However, if the
unit can be rented, your deposit will be credited toward your
next rental. |
